When you upload a video to vzaar you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
vzaar is for people who want to upload videos and use them in their eBay listings easily and successfully. We want you to:
If you do upload a video that is unsuitable we reserve the right to remove that video. In extreme cases or, for persistent infringing behaviour, we may suspend your account and prohibit further use of the vzaar service. We’ll contact you directly and explain any action we take.
We shall treat your personal details with respect. We won’t sell or rent them to anyone.
We have requested your email address so that, if we need to, we can get in touch with you regarding your account. For instance, if there’s a problem, it’s handy to be able to get in touch. If you don’t want us to, we won’t send you any marketing emails or newsletters. If you do opt in, don’t worry, we won’t spam you every day (or even every week): we’ll send regular, useful updates letting you know what’s going on with vzaar and how it can help you sell more.
You made your video, so you keep the copyright. But we do like to show off good videos, perhaps by promoting them on our site or including them in our newsletters. Sometimes, when we’re talking to journalists and reporters, we like to give them a flavour of vzaar by showing them videos that have been uploaded. When you upload your video to vzaar and embed it in a listing, we’ll assume that you don’t mind us sharing that video online and offline..
Our free package has some limits. It’s been developed with casual eBay sellers in mind and hasn’t been built with volume sellers in mind. We reserve the right to limit free users who are exceeding what might be considered ‘fair usage’. In any case, if you are a big seller you’ll find it much, much easier if you upgrade to one of our very reasonably priced premium packages. You’ll save loads of time and effort and love vzaar even more. We may change what’s available to free users in the future, but we’ll let you know at least 30 days in advance.
You can find full and up-to-date details of vzaar’s Plus and Pro packages here . We reserve the right to change and update what they include and when we do we’ll let existing subscribers know at least 30 days in advance. If you’ve paid for a year, we wont change your rights or benefits until that year is up. Although we might (at our discretion) move you onto a bigger package at no additional cost. Our payments process works as follows:

We accept payment via PayPal in US Dollars.Refunds and Cancellations
You are free to cancel your subscription to the Pro and Plus packages at any time. We will not refund subscriptions paid but you will be free to revert to the upgraded package during the time it’s valid if you change your mind. You will retain access to your upgraded functionality until the end of your current paid period.
If you cancel your subscription during the 30 day Free Trial offered, you won’t be charged a penny.
We’ll store your video for at least 90 days after your listing ends. If you’re a Pro or Plus subscriber we’ll store videos for longer, depending on your package. We retain the right to delete any videos for old auctions that are inactive or dormant.
You can request us to delete your account and all your videos at any time by contacting us. We’ll delete your account within 7 days (but probably sooner) but first we’d like to persuade you to change your mind.
vzaar’s prices are inclusive of UK VAT. A VAT invoice can be provided on request.
